  • Lower back pain and Sciatica

    Dr. Chen is amazing! After 5 surgeries and my last being 8 weeks ago seeing 7 different Dr’s I was still always having severe lower back pain of a level 9. And the sciatica was increasing through both legs. I have had this pain for over a year. The last doctor who just did my surgery 8 weeks ago said I had a 50/50 success rate and a 6-12 month for recovery.

    My wife suggested for me to attend Dr’ Chen’s free seminar, and I am glad I did! I signed up for 7 sessions and after the first session my pain level in my lower back and sciatica 9 to 7. Both walking and standing. Before I was not able to walk more than 2 blocks and stand for more than 10 minutes. I found out after my third session, I had decreased my pain level by 60%. I was able to walk and stand without any difficulty. My wife said my personality had change. I am more loving and pleasant now. and now, after my six session I am pain free and I am a new man! Starting life over again. Thanks to Dr. Chen. I wish I had met Dr. Chen before my surgeries started 13 months ago!

  • Neck pain and tension

    Dr. Chen is extremely knowledgeable, kind, gentle, willing & loves to share his knowledge and compassionate.

    He helped relieve my headaches. In just one session I experienced noticeable decrease in pain and tension in my neck, the previous night I had problems sleeping due to neck tension that caused pain behind my ears.

    I’m very thankful this service, especially Dr. Chen, was available on this cruise.

  • Acupuncture experience on a cruise

    Dr. Chen was so nice, we always had so many questions about acupuncture. He took time and answered all the questions we had. He is so kind and so knowledgeable about it. He treated us both for 5 days then explained how to find a doctor back home. Would love to come on a cruise again for treatments!

  • Digestion, energy level and knee pain

    Dr. Chen comforted me when I cried relating the terrors of radiation & chemotherapy, wrote out a treatment plan for me to take home in both English & Chinese, treated me for 5 days and improved my digestion and energy levels as well as helping my knee. 

    He is a very knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. Highest honors to Dr. Chen.

  • Extreme lower back pain

    I went to Dr. Chen on the first day of my cruise. He asked me to describe my symptoms to him. After listening to me very attentively and concerned. He suggested a three-session treatment.

    Before the first treatment, Dr. Chen explained what acupuncture was and the methods used in a very informative lay person‘s language. I could hardly move and walk right. I was to chiropractors and physical therapy and no success.

    After seeing Dr. Chen three visits I was a new person, his treatment was a complete success and cannot thank him enough.

    I would highly recommend Dr. Chen and his treatments.

  • Knee issue

    I have had a knee issue for over a year now. Came onboard with a brace.

    After first treatment was able to walk in comfort.

    Had second one today instant improvement.

  • Back and hand pain

    In 3 treatments Dr. Chen stopped my back pain that I have had for 20 years.

  • Sea sickness

    I have always gotten motion sickness, carsick, sick on boats, sick on anything moving, even elevators.

    I had one 30-minute session with Dr. Chen. And have felt great the whole rest of the week, I have not had any of the symptoms of motion sickness and have thoroughly enjoyed the rest of my vacation.

    I highly recommend this for anyone who suffers from motion sickness. Thank you, Dr. Chen!

  • High Blood Pressure

    My blood pressure was constantly 175/100 or higher despite medication.

    I book 9 treatments (2 per day) after I saw result after 1st session. Each day both numbers dropped and by the last day 120/78.

    I even forgot my medication 1 night! The treatments were designed for me based on the Dr’s expertise + I was always asked + allowed any + all comforts during my sessions like pillows + my own music. These extra comforts + the Dr’s compassion was always there helped the process.

  • Lower back and hip pain

    When we boarded the ship my wife brought this treatment to my attention. I have seen all types of things to try to correct this condition. So I decided to try acupuncture out. I have heard about it but never really been around it.

    After the first treatment I was impressed. The dull pain I had was gone, but still not sure, by the next morning the pain was gone, so I decided to finish the whole week out with treatments.

    During our trip, I was able to walk, swim, jump, run like I was 20 again. we could not be more pleased by this result.
